Core xRM is a boutique consulting and software development organization in the greater Philadelphia area. At Core xRM, we specialize in building Software as a Service (SaaS) products as well as custom solutions for the healthcare industry, leveraging the latest technologies. Core xRM is currently seeking an HR recruiter with a focus to strategically help continue company growth.

As a growing company, it’s essential that hiring is done in a strategic thoughtful manner.  In the HR/ recruiting role you will be charged with continuously evaluating staffing needs and applying your skills to find candidates who possess the appropriate qualities and skill set. You will be responsible for leveraging your knowledge of our hiring needs and effectively matching candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful as well as guiding candidates through the hiring process. In addition to finding new talent, we want to focus on keeping current employees engaged to maximize daily productivity and overall morale. Evaluation and communication are key in this role.

You will also be faced with evaluating current Policies and Procedures, in addition to proactively documenting new ones as needed. This role provides a great opportunity for individuals who possess innovation and a passion for employee and company growth. Additional responsibilities are based on business needs.


  • Continuously maintain a pipeline of potential new talent for various roles within Core xRM
  • Develop a deep understanding of the candidate’s leadership style, personal background, professional history, and specific fit to the role
  • Communicate with management and employees to identify growth and development opportunities
  • Implement performance improvement plans when needed
  • Identify ways to improve current policies and procedures
  • Proactively create and implement new policies and procedures
  • Adhere to moral and ethical standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong domain knowledge and expertise in recruiting
  • Fundamental HR knowledge
  • Basic Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Professional phone and email etiquette

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong track record of solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as a leader.
  • Experience in creating and implementing Policies and Procedures
  • Prior responsibilities in records management and tracking
  • Time Management and Prioritization skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop teams and maximize individual and team performance while maintaining a fun working environment.
  • Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity.
